211 Illinois seeks proposals from experienced vendors who operate 24 hours call centers with a history of providing information and referral (I&R) services in the United States. We are releasing a series of 2-1-1 service RFPs in several phases. This phase 1 RFP is to select existing or new contact center partners to provide 2-1-1 information and referral services to Illinois residents within twelve (12) uncovered counties.
