211 Illinois coordinates the 211 Illinois Statewide Network and leverages local expertise and knowledge to build stronger communities. We work collaboratively with our 2-1-1 service partners to strengthen and enhance statewide services. We focus on service quality, consistency of service, alignment, standardization, and collaboration.
We provide guidance and technical support to the statewide network around best practices and standard alignment. We also monitor progress around best practices, standard alignment, and service quality.
Centralized 211 Impact Reporting
211 Illinois has gathered available data from the Statewide Network partners into a centralized business intelligence system to better understand community trends and 2-1-1 service impact across Illinois. We report annually to the state about 2-1-1 service impact and publish an annual report. We have published a dashboard displaying community trends and 2-1-1 service impact across Illinois. These dashboards are available to the public.
Statewide Quality Improvement
211 Illinois coordinates statewide work groups that support 211 service and quality improvement measures. These work groups include representatives from each 211 contact center that focus on asn aspect of our work and improving services and quality ti Illinois residents. We have a work group that focus on data curation to improve data alignment and quality of our online statewide resource directory. Another work group oversee 211 data collection and centralized reporting. They help to review and manage our statewide dashboards and published reports. Our quality and training work group discusses contact center operations, performance, training, and quality improvements of 211 services delivery. Our Network leaders work group discusses statewide projects, partnerships, strategy, and enhancements of statewide 211 s3rvices.
