Advocacy Champion
211 Illinois is seeking additional advocacy champions to partner with us to spread the work of 2-1-1 services and speak with elected officials about the power of 2-1-1. Visit our advocacy page to learn more and reach out to us with your ideas.
Care Coodination
211 Illinois is available to partner on statewide care coordination projects. Care coordination is a multi-touch model where people opt into working with a 2-1-1 on a short-term basis to help them navigate their local system of care until they gain access to services. This model works well for specialty populations (veterans, homeless individuals and families, education, patients, etc.) needing more help than a single conversation can offer. We are available to consult with you about your care coordination needs and planning.
Data Care-ation
Maintaining a resource directory data takes ongoing work. Partner with us to outsource your directory curation to us. 211 Illinois Statewide Network offers data curation services. We will ensure you have the most current information with monthly updates.
Our data curation team gathers and updates information from each 2-1-1 contact center and sends it to our centralized system, which feeds your curation subscription. Regardless of the method you choose for a resource directory curation subscription, our partners will keep your data up to date throughout your subscription.
In Kind Advertising
Help us spread the word about 2-1-1 services in Illinois by partnering with us on in-kind advertising and marketing support. Donate print, social, billboard, or other media opportunities that can highlight the availability of 2-1-1 services. Support our guiding light commercial by donating airtime. Sponsor the purchasing of collateral material for the 211 Illinois Statewide Network. We would love to hear your ideas.
Screening Services
211 Illinois can partner to conduct statewide screening across our contact centers. From community initiatives, social determinants, disasters, or research projects, we’re available to centralize your screening, referrals, and data collection. This single-touch model allows your communities to better understand the needs of people already contacting 2-1-1. We are available to explore your screen project requirements.
